HPUs or Die

Short staffed?
Incompetent Leadership?
Broken tools?

0 phone adds?

999999% HPU? WOW KI-LING IT!

The only reason HPUs are being rammed down our throats is these pathetic middle managers don't want to be on an outlier call.

You could be 200% to all your metrics, but your HPU isn't 30%!? PATHETIC! WhAt ArE YoU DoiNg AlL dAy!?!?!?

@2goi+1vwDmMdW hard agree. The message is so watered down and always changing. There is too much noise. Sure being able to pivot and change directions is helpful in some situations but not every week or every other day.

They need to better define the job without changing it every month. This company has failed itself miserably, and the constant change ups do not help them at all at this point. The thing that would change everything around is getting a different and better CEO that has growth plans, and not stagnation and efficiency cut plans. Getting a better understanding of what they want from their employees would also help. After all, without the support of their front lines they are nothing. From the looks of it they are loosing the support from the front lines with all the changes because there is no clear and direct path anymore. This company needs a fixer.

Can you blame them? We don't even rely on our superior network anymore to attract customers. We rely on bundling other companies services to make us more attractive. Most major markets are drastically losing market share to TMO and this company has done absolutely nothing about it.

When the cows milk has gone sour, it's time to put them out to pasture.

HPUs are being rammed down our throats because there aren't enough people coming in to switch and most people are leaving.
