Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

2021

Looks like as far back as March 2020, Chainsaw said the cultural issues will be resolved in 2021, likely by replacing all the toxic workforce here using layoffs, the next 50k.

There was another article that didn't understand why the bank is doing mass layoffs in a worldwide pandemic. But the toxicity in this place needs to be fixed as only am seeing more lawsuits coming from it from employees on this next round.

There are bad managers and bad employees

To say otherwise is to shirk responsibility

There are no bad employees, only bad managers. Considering how many of the current middle managers were selected from the pool of employees based on whom they knew, rather than competency, Wells Fargo will never improve dramatically until the middle managers are removed.

LA Times is owned by Patrick Soon-Shiong a known CCP spy. I wouldn't trust a thing from that paper.

Charlie is on the right path. Just needs to keep pruning the dead wood. Way too much of it around still

The bank really DIDN’T do mass layoffs in a pandemic. Most were put on hold when Chase and other banks promised not to cut jobs in 2020. Yes there were a few in the last quarter, but nothing like the numbers announced in 2019.
