Tomorrow an announcement will go out that we are moving to 4 days in the office mandatory, Monday-Thursday, and you need to be in 8 hours per day. Rules will go into effect May 1st. They are also moving towards collocating of teams and offering relocation packages for people who are not located with their teams.

trust me they know when you are in the office based on the IP address you are logged in from both unsecured and hyper/ping. Don't ask me how I know it is truth. I work with JSOC daily and loose lips sink ships.
This place is getting worse and worse every month. Soon more people will leave and nobody wants to join anymore. This is no modern Fintech company.
@1cfz+1mbDIViA please dont.
Elon Musk shared that they identified the accused by sending emails that looked identical to all its employees but each email was coded with different spaces. Elon Musk has revealed how Tesla caught an employee who was leaking the company's confidential information to the press in 2008.
Legend has it that FB honked his nose four times and told his goons, "make it so."
Post the full email please!
I read it as they will try to love you to a team that is locally where you are. Likely because the last time they tried to over relocation to BH and that didn’t go so well. Resulted in a lot of attrition, the affects of which we are still seeing.
unclear as to how this would be handled other than 'your manager' will meet with you to discuss.<<
I read it that they will work on moving you into a different (local) role/team - Hence the “Office of Internal Mobility”
Just rec'd email, from FB, regarding this. However, my boss resides in another state as does MOST of his/hers/their direct reports. Email was unclear as to how this would be handled other than 'your manager' will meet with you to discuss.
When can we expect this announcement?
3 days in office and one day where I swing by the door to swipe on my coffee run.
Frank can't retire fast enough.
Well, get ready to see it because it's coming... I was already told it was coming... five days rto but that they would enforce 4 days (for now) but I thought it was only for managers
4/5 days would still be the majority my learned friend, so “Shilly” would still be right…
We’ve had rumors like this posted here before. Would be a bad move by the company. I will believe it when I see it.
Now we know why Shilly stopped saying "majority".
So 3% pay rise and on top of that 4 possible 5 days RTO.
Since I was forced into WFH when they closed my location, I'd happily go back to an office if you opened one 10 minutes from my house like it was 3 years ago. I'm not moving to the armpit of America NJ.
Next thing you know, they’re going to require a 4+ hour workday. The madness!
Poor Shilly! Does boot licking count towards working hours?
Yes. Only for Directors and above.

Does this include clover?
Company-wide and it's five days a week.
What location is this for?
By July we will have to be in 6 days a week. What happened to while we were all totally remote, we had the best productivity the company had seen? As far as keeping up with JPM, that was how this company is run, most all of the upper management came from there. This company has the opportunity to become great, yet they choose not to.
Got to keep up with JPMorgan's leaked memo.

No impact to wfh associates.
I really hate this place! I swear I’ve been trying to find a new job but so far to no avail. As soon as something comes along, I’m done.
This is the kind of leak I come here for. Thanks.
This place is a bad joke
How does that impact that shrinking population who are still remote 100% of the time?
No badging out at my location so no way to track!
LMAO
