During WWII women left the home and joined the workforce for the first time while the men were at war. When the war ended, society tried to push them back into the home but women pushed back and refused to have their new found freedoms limited again. The pandemic was another major world event that changed the way people worked. They experienced true work life balance for the first time and realized how pointless spending 10+ hours a day commuting and being in the office was. As much as corporate wants it to go back to normal pre-pandemic ways, workers are not going to have it. You cannot reseal this box. We are in a work culture revolution and companies like Truist can either understand this and accept it or look like a backward out of touch company and suffer the societal consequences of that.

No earning your salary. Just sit back, whine like a 2 year old (wait, that is an insult to 2 year olds) then go home and smoke weed all night while playing video games. Yawn.
Stop being lazy. If people were executing at 110% at home we wouldn't be in this place. Too many people are taking advantage of the flexibility and therefore pre pandemic policies are back in place. If people would stop complaining and do their job our company would be better off
