Did anyone get the email invite to reserve SNKRBall tickets? They were supposed to email a link last Friday but nothing ever came through. I’m starting to overthink a bit. Id imagine the last thing they’d want is a bunch of laid off employees showing up at the event, so I’m wondering if the invite will go to a specific list of people.

As it’s from one of the employee networks, you may have only seen the invite if you participate and are on the email list of some or one of the Networks. If you don’t subscribe to any of the network emails, you probably didn’t get it. That’s the ‘list’ it went out to. They would have no way of singling out any groups, ie planned separations. I’m sure it’s hard to do, but you should stop reading into every little thing.
Invitw email went out on 02/07/14 @ about 9:30am.
@1bxr Grow up? What an odd and useless thing to say. The concern might be that if some people weren’t invited (because yes, all FTE are allowed to attend) would that give a clue as to who will be let go next week if we were to face layoffs? And if layoffs happen pre-SNKRBALL after everyone gets their tickets I would imagine that’s a security risk for the event. Think a bit deeper before you criticize.
This is so beyond out of touch and irresponsible to be holding such a costly event while laying people off? How fu--ing irresponsible with money can you be?

Are you sure it’s normally something any Nike employee can attend? Seems like something that would always be exclusive.
Apparently it did go out and tix are almost sold out. Some people got the email and some didn’t. I was able to find the link to buy tickets by going to the Nike Oregon Next Week latest email > clicked on official BEN BHM 2024 site > scroll down to articles and the link to buy is in the latest article.
