I wouldnt participate and hope if get a RIF to be honest. I wouldn't mind a large payday, and i can get a remote job with better benefits.
Not taking the survey marks you as a problem. Moves you closer to the next round of layoffs.

The questions are worded to get the answers they want to see. It is not your voice and definitely not anonymous.
Pre-acquisition, Frank did a survey across all of First Data. The responses about leadership were brutal. He got all pissy and put on a show where he tried to instruct us on how our replies reflected only on local leadership. It was a crock. He was truly blindsided by how little the masses cared for him. He demanded a re-do and changed the questions so that they would solicit positive replies. Of course any write-in comments were disregarded and they will be on this coming survey.
Could care less if the survey is anonymous, I’m still going to say what’s on my mind. Don’t be a chicken, answer it honestly or don’t bother filling it out at all.
That is an excellent question. My performance is stellar, so I know it’s not performance. I feel it’s my salary and I am a senior employee. Hire younger and cheaper.
