Entire departments are getting laid off and with the wind down of the employer group products to be expected over the next 18-24 months, the horizon for any kind of job security for anyone at Humana is pretty dim.
This is current Humana in a nutshell. if you are considering joining, please reconsider. This is not a good place to work and an even worse one to build your career.

@1xhk+1mWwAA7q- SNP are primarily Medicare plans with the exception of dual plans. Keep in mind Medicaid plans pay Humana ALOT less than Medicare. SDOH do not help profits. If it ain’t making or saving oodles, it’s gotta go.
SNP is tied to Medicaid, and it will be very robust with reimbursements in the future. Has very little to do with rehospitalizations, but the SDOH. Medicare cuts won’t really impact it as much as MA plans.

This population is expensive and unless you can show you’re keeping them from away from the specialists and out of the hospital, you all won’t show your worth and bye-bye. A robot could make your calls and so could someone in India.
