Giving a truthful answer is not worth losing your bonus over.
Just tell them what they want to hear, then stick around until bonus time. After that, F them.
I’ve yet to see any long standing effect by someone leaving. Sure, there might be some issues for a couple weeks but everyone adapts and figures it out.

They will be just fine. A lot of you think you’re more special than you are. Vac mandate will happen, and those who don’t (and don’t have a valid excuse) will be discarded. They can always send your job overseas or hire contractors in our remaining hubs to fill that spot.
I informed them I am unvaccinated with no plan on doing so. I was invited. Email clearly states you cannot go into a building or travel on behalf of WF so of course this is cocerion. Essentially a mandate. Vax by the Jan 10 the real RTO date or be terminated 3 weeks before bonus. I have a large, productive team no idea how many are vaccinated but a few had Covid including myself good luck to the team on a the most significant program in the bank if they fire us in Jan.
I’ve been vaccinated and if they require proof then I will provide, but I didn’t disclose on their little optional survey. If you want to know then tell me I have to tell because I don’t volunteer information to anyone.
So, did anyone who claimed unvaxxed get the invite?
Because in WFC you don't read the entire email. They need to start adding pictures so people don’t have to read. Or maybe a Facebook meme, since those always tell an entire story. Also optional = mandate, everyone knows that!
It says if I am vaccinated, I can come. Yet somehow I test positive although I feel fine. I guess I am one of those silent super spreaders. Looking forward to RTO. I was worried they would want a test. If all they want is a vaccine, I am good.
@zfb+1dyzuxkz It is ok to vent your disdain for company donuts and / or functions, if you do harbor them. I disdain company functions. However, if they bring in donuts and / or food, I am always ok with that. But sending me out with my team to "team build" has been and will be ridiculous and shallow IMHO.

NOTHING is optional at WFC, no matter what they say. You will be judged negatively regarding your dedication and commitment to the bank if you don’t accept the “invitation”. Managers are going to be expected to lead the way and make coming back look cool or fun. I’m guessing a free donut will be involved. Make no mistake, we are being led by a “butts in seats” crew.

You got an email about mandates? Mine only said it was an optional return to office. Nothing about mandates anywhere.
I think I'm mostly upset because of the Town Hall - the CEO LIED! He said they 'hadn't decided yet' on how the mandate will affect WF, liar, liar, liar. Less than 24 hours later, the Emails came out. Why should we be surprised??! No provision for testing or exemption...no doubt the full rollout of RTO will not provide for that either. It's all just too much.
So early return on Monday and they send it out of a Friday? Nope!

More like the vaxxed are the ones who will continue working and the rest will not. Vax requirements have held up against nearly all lawsuits so far.
This seems like a prelude to what is to come.
To RTO, you'll need to be fully vaccinated. Everyone entering a WF building that are not branches must show proof of haven been vaccination.
Anyone that expect the rules to be relaxed when everyone else fully RTO is probably delusional.
I predict that more people than expected will RTO early. Folks will do anything to improve their perceived chances of not being layed off.

WFH isn't ever going to end, if you were smart enough to avoid jab. the vaxxed get the privilege of having to attend the office, wear masks and submit test results. yeeeahhhh!

I'm OC +7 and I got it.
It went out to OC + 4
It clearly says if you are not vaccinated you are not eligible for early return. It also says that any visitors to the buildings (branches and other customer service facilities are exempt) are REQUIRED to show proof of vaccination to enter. Also effective 11/15 you cannot go on any business travel if you are not vaccinated.
Yep. Looks like they don't cross reference with the vaccination disclosure. It says in the email you must be vaccinated to return. I didn't disclose and I still got the email.
But I bet this went out to more than just "a select few" 🙄
