I’ve seen this over and over in every department. Managers stealing incentives from hard working people, smearing them, then lying about them in public. This organization really needs a change of leadership or needs to be shut down as it’s not spreading ‘seeds of hope.’

You hire Wells leaders, you get unethical Wells behaviors. Remember, Kelly told us Beliefs drive Behaviors, which get Results (+). Truist's results will eventually be similar to the lawsuits and regulatory actions that have happened at Wells (and are already happening way more than ever occurred at STI or BBT).

Lol, When I got that mailing I didn't get any stickers. At first I was confused but in hindsight it was the best thing that could've happened as I know to ignore any email that talks about purpose, especially those from Bill Rogers---the least inspiring CEO in America.
