In recent observations, there has been growing concern regarding the lack of competent leadership within the HQRI division of our insurance company. It's really disheartening to note that the roles of some of the Directors as well as Associate Directors, which should epitomize integrity and proficiency, are increasingly marked by individuals whose behavior does not align with the company's values. This pattern of overlooking inappropriate conduct among these key positions not only undermines morale but also jeopardizes the company's reputation and operational efficiency. Ethical behavior should be unwavering, especially among those in the leadership roles..

Got news for you…no one cares! As long as these “beta” directors are bringing results, HQRI doesn’t give a cr-p about your complaints. I hope GS gets the VP role!!
To the one that stated, "Favoritism is prevalent," this is very accurate and to the point. Lower management position running teams are mainly picked due to favoritism and not from qualifications. The newest leaders don't have a clue how to run a team if their life depended on it. Most are bullies to their associates and just flat out rude as he-l. The micromanagement is running the best employees away and we are stuck with nothing but a bunch of employees whom are worthless and are here for the $$$ only and do just enoughto get by and are not in it for the love of the job and our members anymore.
I got a laundry list! But like the previous poster said there is strength in numbers! Start documenting folks, LETS GOOO!!
Post ID: @150+1jn299bsj: This!! 100% spot on. Now what do we do? We should seek legal recourse. There’s strength in numbers. Anyone want to start a class action suit with me? Everything they and I mean most upper leaders is ILLEGAL!
These comments are spot on! When the moral and culture of Humana is going down the drain, there is no hope whatsoever. The lower level leaders are jokes, the worst I have seen in years!! Many layers of managements are simply building walls and creating more territories. Favoritism is prevalent, rubbing each other's backs and doing each other favors. Heading nowhere.
Kudos to that last lengthy thread! It was said perfectly!
The leadership team may be full of degrees and MBA’s but they sorely lack common sense. This is evident by the tons of money lost in their very poor decision making (job performance), and they took ZERO accountability for their actions. They pointed fingers (like a child), blamed economy, and evidently resorted to saying this was happening across the board in the pharmacy world, all while holding the lowly employees accountable for every .33 mistake. Certainly NOT a company that leads by example. Individual’s are promoted to Director roles that are WIDELY know to be racist with s-xual harassment behavior. After extremely poor work performance by most of leadership all the company did was shuffle managers around to different departments. That solved nothing! Favoritism runs so rampant in this company that when it’s addressed to leadership, you’re just told to be more likable. This makes perfect sense when it becomes abundantly obvious that they too received their position due to favoritism. When you address with leadership, the known laziness of your coworkers causing you to work harder, with zero compensation, because that co-worker didn’t do their job, (usually a relative of someone with some sort of leadership position) you’re told that because you are a hard worker with a good work ethic and actually care about having a good job performance that that’s a generational curse (age discrimination). The list of things that Humana‘s leadership team gets away with is absolutely appalling and despicable. I’m not sure how they came up with their core value's, but they certainly do not put them into practice when they don’t even treat their employees like human beings! You have 0 sick days, 0 call offs. If you have a life situation and you didn’t happen to have PTO scheduled that day, it is a guaranteed occurrence. ANYTHING unscheduled is an automatic occurrence. If you are sick and need to take a few days off and do not have ALL the hours to cover those days you receive two occurrences. It’s like being double fined for the same offense. The most unprofessional behavior and speech I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing from a leadership team.
No big surprise here. After the former SVP (JC) was pushed out, things have been a disaster!
Have you called the Ethics Hotline?
