I got let go today at the NB location. I was super surprised because I thought layoffs were behind us.
It’s more planned before end of this month, starting next week. This whole restructuring of NAL to West/East has been the typical thought process of Houston Halliburton having no clue what the Field actually does each day. Just like when they handed procurement off to Accenture and it’s a complete disaster with that group since day 1.
Houston Heathrow is next, going to be a sad Monday.
Hdbs had a few more layoffs couple of managers.
@16m 1 week’s pay per year of service, capped at 13 weeks.
I’ve been at Halliburton for over 20 years and quite a number of years as a Global Advisor. Would be nice to get a letter but can anyone shed any light on the severance package??

That's when they're going to shut down FE/RDXT and SP at the JRC. There is a reason that the PGL left and a short term one was put in place. The PGL just up and left and doesn't talk to the guys. She can't look at them knowing what's about to happen. An HR employee told me that the two areas have stopped making money. Why hasn't Zach been around since he told them their jobs are safe now.. if anyone in those two area sees this, spread the word and be ready. Start looking for a job now.

It’s a weekly occurrence. I thought it was all over like I was led to believe by my manager and I (and others) was laid off today. Escorted out like a criminal
yeah just heard that there will be 1 layoff cycle a month if there is any pressure on the miller gang.
