Crying in my car so my kids don’t see because the constant job rejections are brutal after being laid off despite years of Highly Successful performance and genuine dedication to my team and the company. As toxic as things may feel within the berm, remember there are plenty of us who wish we were still there as we try to sell ourselves in this hellscape of a job market.
