Ya get to work at citibank
fired aka laid off - laid off you get severance
To @134+1jmd506gz Sorry but if you get fired you don’t get a severance package that’s for sure!!!
I'm so looking forward to getting fired so that I can get my severance, collect unemployment, start my pension, and begin my social security payments. Thank you JD!!! I WIN!!!!
They will make you go in 5 days a week and still fire you anyway.
The attendance tracking mechanisms will remain in place. The reports to upper management will continue as is. They will determine when to deem attendance unbecoming over the line and decide on a course of action.
Timing of which is unclear and method of action as well.
What a bunch of babies. Quit if you don’t like it or come into the office as required. Stop complaining/whining. Be an adult and make your own decision. Its clear what the mandate is and clear they don’t care if you like it or not.
I imagine they are fully prepared for this and have plans in place to have this addressed. doubtful there is a one size fits all answer here since some LOB's still have accommodations and some are still remote/hybrid. but for those directly asked to come into the office I can imagine they are monitoring it. The grey area really being that there is still the caveat that in some instances someone can work remote for a day if they get manager approval. so deciphering those accommodations vs someone just not opting to come in may be hard to track. but if your management team knows you aren't coming in, you better believe they are compiling all the information on you to support your termination even aside from your attendence. they will look at emails, performance, and they will paint your diamond to look like a tu-d until they can appease HR to get you out of here.
JD will personally call and yell at you.
It's just a scare tactic. JD cannot fire all of us.
They will let you go (fired).
