SABR ALERT – Levi & Korsinsky Has Commenced an Investigation on Behalf of Sabre Corporation Shareholders Who Lost Money

NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / October 16, 2025 / NEW YORK, NY / ACCESS Newswire / October 16, 2025 / Levi & Korsinsky notifies investors that it has commenced an investigation of Sabre Corporation ("Sabre Corporation") (NASDAQ:SABR) concerning possible violations of federal securities laws.

On August 7, 2025, Sabre announced disappointing second quarter results, missing revenue and earnings projections, and cutting its guidance for the remainder of 2025. Sabre’s revenue declined 1% compared to last quarter where the company projected single digit revenue growth. Management pointed to "the weakness of corporate bookings relative to leisure and the pullback of government and military travel … [which] caused GDS volumes to underperform passenger growth."

Following this news, Sabre’s stock price fell by $1.07 per share to close at $1.93 per share.

@23y Not as bad as it could have been probably pulled some Rev into 3rd Qtr to salvage it and just write off the 4th Qtr as a loss anyway... Oh well the Spin Dr's are on the case Now...

Long story short - If you are from GPD in the U.S. you should be looking for a job elsewhere, like yesterday. No one is safe. Except perhaps those old timers with a couple of decades or more of experience.

@1rt Yep, that's the law. And Sabre did not abide by it. Postings for "Developer" - without any exceptional skills - they just couldn't seem to find anyone to fill them. Except for certain guys who were from the same city in India. Imagine that!

@1v5 Already seeing positions being back filled in India for resignations in the U.S. The trend is unmistakable. And why not when you can hire 3-4 leads in Bangalore for the cost of 1 principal in the U.S.

@1rt XD
In this company and this business - the post "scarcity" is purely formal and cost driven.
We do not have "unique" posts that could be satisfied just by H1B and not US citizens.
(except the salary range)

To be honest - probably it would be better to export such positions to Europe or South America instead of hiring H1B...

So citizens are slightly disadvantaged - but partly - by their financial requirements in comparison to other options.

An H1B is not a permanent resident and should not risk laying down permanent roots until they are. They and their families should be fully aware that they may have to return to their home countries at short notice. It may seem harsh but that's just the practicality of their immigration status.

However, an H1B can only hired instead of a citizen if there is no citizen available who can do that specific and essential job. By that standard, it makes perfect sense that a citizen will have a less essential job than the H1B does so a citizen is more likely to be laid off. If the H1B wasn't maximally essential then there would have been no justification to hire them in the first place. An H1B is hired for one single job and that job only, and that's a job that no citizen can perform. An H1B cannot change to another job unless that other job also has no citizen who can perform it.

As unfair as it may seem on the surface, citizens are less valuable than H1Bs, because otherwise the H1B couldn't have been hired in the first place, and so citizens should be laid off before H1Bs.

Levi, if you want big money, go after them for H1B malfeasance. After COVID layoffs in 2020 and beyond, they kept H1Bs and let Americans go. Because Indian mgmt was in cahoots, k-ckbacks. Americans were made to feel sorry / r-cist guilt trip: "They'll be forced to sell their house, their Tesla, and go back to India." With Trump in the white house, this is the lawsuit with the dollar signs.
