Pulse doesn't list your name next to the feedback... they do give your onfo ie: less than a year, 1-2 yrs, 3 yrs, 5yrs+ . It also list your title. Just another box to check for your GM. Co.e up with a plan to make your employees feel differently.

Pulse has always been a joke, I can't remember the last time I scored anything lower than a 5. We did have one survey about 4 years ago and it was BAD...the Director was practically in tears (he's a bit of a simp) and couldn't understand why the troops were rebelling!
Anyway, in reality, I did find out that yes, they were (at that point in time) anonymous, not sure about that anymore - but the people who were involved never got demoted or bad reviews.
Nobody to trust above Director, they have all failed us.
Definitely not with the brain drain they have running NYC.
LOL, you already know the answer. And if the company treated Pulse surveys in good faith, they would know it. But alas, if we express ourselves, my direct supervisor is blamed, despite them being the sole reason the job is tolerable.
If there was trust in this leadership, that would not be questioned at all.
The fact that is being asked says it all about this so called leadership.

Why would you? None of them have actually earned it. Most of them were promoted on the peter principle.
