Seems like the same management style. The terrible leaders push out the talent and producers. We all know the market is bad and the leadership is worse.

We are on the way out. Only managed to stop the redundancies happening before by agreeing to a 4 day week and making use of the furlough scheme. That scheme ends in six weeks and with no chance of the Arbroath prick getting work in we are fu__ed.
