It same old story with these c-ap reps at manchester they our all for them self and don't give 2 hoots about any off us been in this union for 5 years plus and getting worse,
was hoping the fresh vote for reps in 1st quarter off 2021 but told today this not happening this ken is a corrupt id–t and all union members need to come together and force a vote regardless what the union say its as the union moto is WORK VOICE PAY and with ken and band merry corrupt tools in we will never have a voice or better pay so i urge all member to get together and force a vote and get real reps who fight for us all not them self. and if union tried say we not allowed they taking our VOICE WAY

Unions are powerless if the company needs to close let it happen, nothing a union can do against a US corporation, they can just move it somewhere else.

It was actually UNITE the union who put the elections back, because of covid. Nothing to do with Ken. Its not up to him or the committee.
The elections have to take place this year according to UNITE though.
I'm not sure if the members can force a vote of no confidence, which might be what ACAS are referring to.

Might be wrong but a vote was being organised but was put on hold by Unite because of whats going on with Covid
See your Rep and ask him to bring it up at the next stewards meeting in February
Keep it off here, use a bit of common sense and do it in work and discuss it with your workmates
If anyone is not happy with the reps, you can vote them out. They are there to represent you!
The re-elections are being run this year, which means every current rep has to run again.
The first problem is, all the lads do is moan about them, then leave the union. What will that change? Nothing! Stay in the union and vote them out.
Secondly, you need members to not just 'talk the talk', you need someone to actually run again them.
If nobody does, then the same reps will be elected again.
Ithink you only need 6 members who are unhappy with the union to challange the rep and get them taken off the union books phone head office they will inform you'
If you have a problem with the reps you should ask Ken or any of the reps for a meeting first to get yourselves heard.
