How much inventory does your store have? Last year we had so much top stock it was difficult to find room for it. This year the top shelf of racking is bare in all departments.

What's your thoughts? Let's face it, open door is a joke and your often punished or retaliated against when you use it.

Does anyone else think that you should be compensated for being power equipment certified? Lowe's big two points is safety and customers. Being trained and efficient on power equipment should mean something right?

I just dread going to work at Lowes anymore. From the customers that get angry because there is not enough help to lazy coworkers that disappear to inept managers that won't help with code 3's. I'm just done with Lowes and looking for a new job.

Lots of bad managers company wide I see. Legit our store got one of the worst. John Mounts was the devil. About 13 of us filed complaints on him and more were coming. He's psycho!
