How much inventory does your store have? Last year we had so much top stock it was difficult to find room for it. This year the top shelf of racking is bare in all departments.

A guy I work with tells people to go to Home Depot or that we are going out of business if we seem to be low or out of something.
We have a lot of what doesn't sell and not much/out of stock on what does. No one seems to know how to get more of the merchandise we need and customers want. We frequently need to send customers to other Lowe's stores to get what they want.
Ours is filled with broken down/reboxed side stacks since management has decided we should no longer have side stacks in the aisles. Now if only we could get them to stop sending them.
Same here, Orange County CA - the inventory is on par with 2016 - cannot complain
We have plenty. Since we are spending more time downstocking, it's a good thing! Some stores got too top heavy.
