Very unsettled

Very unsettled. I was going to stick it out as best I could through layoffs, figuring out EnCompass and sequestration until the company figured out what it was doing. After yesterday, after seeing who was laid off, I am done.

The layoff had to happen. L3 couldn't keep growing without running the risk of becoming L7 (L7 used to mean "square" which was a bad thing to be in the 50's and 60's).
