We have individuals that want nothing more than to see L3 fail and to those individuals the door is waiting. We do not have time for childish games and if we are going to turn things around we need everyone to show up and give 100%. Yes there has been waste and yes things have been poorly managed. Can we move forward? If you say yes then thank you! If you only want to spread rumors and fear and bring people down then we cannot afford to keep you no matter where you rank. Approach the management team and see if some cooperation can be found. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised. What are "you" doing to impact the situation?
