@letdown you hit the nail on the head! Way too many managers and high level overpaid individuals. I would be willing to bet that the majority of the engineers that got cut were cut because they weren't tight with their manager.

I worked at CSW for over 3 years and never heard Susan speak. Are we really sure she exists? The other companies I have worked at in over 25+ years all had all-hands meetings at least every year. The lack of communication at L-3 is epic.
