Roles are being eliminated in SPS sales HBT sales and HPS sales. They aren’t calling it a layoff but role eliminations.

I noticed a lot of posts were removed over the weekend. They didn’t use names or have profanity included in them. They were comments about the CCO and HBT prez

UOP looks safe now with the announcement of CCC acquisition. HW is seems to have a lot of money to throw around for these ventures, but not so much for investing in and retaining employees with proper raises, better benefits , etc. SMH

Does anyone know the salary range for pay bands in Charlotte? I am band 3 and was encouraged to apply to a band 2 role in a totally different position. Is this a waste of my time? Do bands overlap or am I looking at a pay cut if I pursue this role?
