Vaguely remember someone in India had already prophesied this management mudslide.
It's was someone from GSS which had caused a hurricane where shot callers like John Dolan and Scott had to pack their bags and run.
Even some from India management fired.
I feel sorry for that lad for speaking the truth and what would have gone through.
India GSS Egomaniacs leadership would have made sure with #VMware HR that they follow the EPIC values to get him out of the company.

If #VMware HR has any dignity left to pursue Epic values, then management will be the first one to go. But there is difference in preaching and practicing.
#VMware customer if you need quality work then escalate the cases blaming the managers in the escalation. Even better if you have higher up name and contact. Don't blame the engineers they overworked and underpaid with toxic environment

OK, that's going to be stellar - we had many folks who got laid off today who spent 10+ years on the product, know things inside out... Great engineers, understanding of business, etc...
How is this going to be covered in China by folks who spent most of their careers on the fringes or doing #outsourcing - that's beyond me - many have tried and #VMware is not the first company to try this, however I am am yet to hear about one example where this thing worked out well.
In the short term, money will be saved but this is rather suicidal from a long term perspective
