Leave the company asap. My recommendation is to leave . Polish your resume and leave . There are better jobs out there . I was an 6 year OS released in october and just found a position that paid greater than my exit rate/ending salary at Vzw . Vzw under pays wireless employees . That or try to go landline which is hard to get into but also pays very well . Landline customer service starts at ~$30/hr. It's clear this company doesn't know where it's going and is making major cutbacks in retail.

(On the other hand spring 2016 40k landline employees went on strike; FF to today 40k union employees kept their Job plus they hired 1k more employees and got bonuses #unionstromg )
And trust me life is peaceful outside of Vzw .
