Let’s be honest, the answer is not to hire a vendor to fix it. #turfmustgo
Are all our Mobility datacenters outsourced? From my experience, there's like 2 guys in a Mobility datacenter, that shuffle paperwork for vendors (what the heck?!?!?). I don't understand how anything gets done on that side of the house. Any Mobility application/network change, flows threw a half-dozen clueless folks, that put their stamp of approval on it. 4 of the people, are worthless. The only 2 people that matter, are the person who knows how to document the change, and then the person who actually implements it. The person who implements it, is offshore, and working from the document. If one keystroke/mouse-click is incorrect, change is rolled-back, as offshore has no understanding of the work they are performing.
