If you got a 1 or a 2 you aren’t good at your job period. It takes a lot of incompetence to get a 1. If you did, you need to have a conversation with your manager about how they can help you meet the expectations of your role. If not, I wouldn’t worry about being laid off, I’d worry more about being fired for not being competent in your role. #truths
