I was honest, too. But nothing with WF is ever anonymous and they CAN fire you -- they just make up another reason.
The questions about employee loyalty and whether you are looking to leave WF were appalling 9n the survey. How about leaders take a survey about how loyal THEY are to their employees???? Where is THAT survey????
Frankly, I'm sick of the B.S. Tired of being treated like we're invisible and disposable. We've been abandoned by leadership.
All they care about is the almighty $$$. And they make sure they get their $$$!!!
And trust me, their bad behavior is trickling down through mgt. We haven't even had a staff mtg in 7 MONTHS because our mgrs are too busy trying to land new roles and save themselves. They don't deserve to manage anyone. Total lack of character across the board.
