It’s the new market based culture. Includes such things as:
- Working the minimum hours necessary
- Taking advantage of all of my available time off to maximize my profits
- Doing as little as possible, since I don’t get paid more to do more
- Working my wage and my job title
Happy to do more than what is required, but I expect to be compensated for that. #marketbased
