Not to mention better starting pay as well
Job protection and grevience process

40k kept there jobs ..!!!

Do your self a favor and look at Union companies see how much they get paid compared to the little $$ wireless pays you...
Con Edison (big $$)
NYPD (20 years retirement big $$)
Verizon landline (starting 27/hr for customer service)
MTA (starting 32 hour for customer service)
