There is absolutely no reason other than pure greed for the treatment of the employees in all roles at Humana at Home. We have worked hard to meet the needs of members while saving Humana billions of dollars. Enough that the CEO is paid more than 10 million a year and a bonus of more than 27 million in stocks were awarded to a few executives because of all OUR hard work and dedication to OUR members that WE care about. Lay us off or pay us severance but DO NOT force unpaid forced overtime, NO lunches, NO breaks, NO time to take care of our own health, NO balance between work and family and set unobtainable metrics so you can fire us to put another dime in your pockets. And while leadership pads their pockets the members are not eating or seeing their doctors because they cannot afford the increases in premiums and co-payments. DO NOT be an over-achiever in metrics because it will only hurt you in the end and they are using US against each other, setting us ALL up for failure and reasoning for dismissal.
