What a sad culture for VZ where employees sit on edge, nerves fried, scared that they will be laid off - number called, led to the almighty jury of arrogant leaders who play God. It's depressing, impacts productivity and destroys confidence. No longer a winning culture, just full of folks happy to survive from day to day. Remember, VZ isn't the only game in town. There are solid, stable companies that don't have the turmoil - led by smart, progressive leaders doing amazing and brilliant things in the marketplace. Find a new act - work should be fun where you generate ideas and a positive environment. Life is too short - don't look back and regret that you settled to work for a company with despicable practices. #BeHappy
