Agree! HR and ER are tools used to get rid of employees who are disgusted by the behavior of their executives. I know employees who filed serious complaints, including s-xual harrassment, only to end up with a written warnings and admonishments against further complaints. They were threatened, marginalized and eventually fired. Officially, their position was eliminated. In reality, they were axed to silence dissent. All helpfully choreographed by HR and ER. I left two years ago, headed north to the Evergreen State and have never looked back. I know if I was there today, I would have probably been out the door with everyone else in June, definitely in August. Don't waste your time with complaints and lawsuits.
