What top talent does Ford actually have?

The salaries are way below market, most people I know get no stocks/ equity. In addition, people are getting laid off every quarter. How is this going to attract talent?

Should we expect to be laid off Sept 25?

Apparently that is the next time we might lose our jobs. I guess ill start applying non stop now and study for interviews instead of working on my work here. Its not like I am getting a high compensation here ( no stocks etc) and its not worth... — read more

C level DRI for company inefficiency

If Ford employees/operations are inefficient, which C level executive should be responsible for continuing to let that happen with no signs of improvement? A sincerely curious question.

It is upper management that fails ford over and over

Why do they keep their jobs? If I sit through one more Return on Investment (ROI), I ask how do I control this? Upper management controls the budgets, decides what gets cut, project approval, etc. Advice I give to upper management, take your car... — read more

Cuts have nothing to do with skills

It is disappointing that the company cut some very capable people, while those who were not nearly as skilled and engaged are still safe. What is the message to those who remain? Perhaps that Ford is interested in nothing but money.
