Sad that Ford made July 4th miserable for so many folks.
Still waiting for a Ford leader to say “Da---t the last thing we need is more cheap workers. We need workers who are competent, confident and quality oriented.”
What, pray tell, are all these so-called global "skilled workers" that Farley claims Ford needs? More of the "let's throw twenty people at the job in the hope that one of them kind of knows what to do" ? After all except for their friends and family all other Ford workers could easily be interchanged right down to the janitor so the cheaper the better.
Answer: Globalism.
