They should just sell off what is still worth anything now and be done with it. Nothing is going to reverse the death spiral this company is in thanks to years of poor management and cronyism.

So let's hire the sears folks so they can run follett in to the ground. What a great move. Hire the execs from a failing company so they can put those same skills to work at follett.

N/A and abel obviously haven't been around Follett for more than a couple years, or have VERY brown noses. It's been like this for a LONG time.

Yes I agree with abel. Only the recent hires seem to be up to par.

I've had a half dozen jobs in a number of IT Shops - Westmont IT group is very poor from the skills and ability to deliver perspective (if compared to my other experiences) - just my opinion though...

I find Westmont IT people interesting-everyone thinks that he/she should be promoted for other jobs. As for those who say this is such a horrible place to work, what's the statement based on?
