Students are sending written complaints to the president about lack of textbooks, school supplies and employees. Where's the hours we were supposed to get after the layoff that was the reason for ruining the lives of good employees, right?

Cut throat is some loser middle manager with no job prospects outside of the follett ecosystem. Middle managers like this person wouldn't even hold a manager's title anywhere else, much less have ANY authority to carry out any sort of retribution.

In the home offices if they really have it in for you they check your phone calls too. This has been confirmed by some higher level managers.

Yes they have at least four servers that is there only purpose is to monitor employees and I think the threat from "Cut Throat" who is part of the current leadership confirms that.

Yes I have it on first hand knowledge from the employee who was fired years ago for violating the internet usage policy, so they do spy on your computer. "Foollett" is hilarious though!

But corp has been monitoring your internet usage for years. They run reports and give them to HR.

We have a manager that does the same thing.

Internet Monitoring/Lockdown, now threats and probably email scanning. Not the Follett I remember and not professional, the company is supposed to set an example regardless of others actions.

I set my personal lap up beside my FOLLETT computer every morning so when things are slow in receiving I can Facebook shop what ever I want! But I always make sure I look busy.
