8% NSI Target For Different Business Units

Is it true different business units have different NSI targets? Overall, the average is 8%. The distribution of NSI's is set by HR when they merge the lists. Years of service, age, and salary etc are all factored in.

Just when you think 8% NSI is too high because we only hire the best, you look at your email and you have 80 responses to a large Emit group email where people responded to all with “take me off this distribution list”. Maybe 8% is too low haha
