Has anyone switched from a PIP to a PIL after the 30-day mark?
Has anyone successfully switched their PIP to a PIL once 30 days of their PIP has passed? How long did it take? Any advice? Technically, it is up to the "discretion of the company" to approve the switch which is slightly worrying..
S&D
Has anybody gotten any value from the S&D Advisors or Managers? Seems like the most incompetent folks in the role screwing up assignments. What a waste.
