The UNC brag posts on LjnkedIn are getting old. Hey everyone look at me. I went to a week long training with a bunch of HiPos now I am ready to lead the company. Who knew it only took 40 hours of training to create an executive. The bar must be pretty darn high!

I thought these geniuses stopped at Thunderbird after UNC, but it turns out, now these visionaries go to Michigan as well.
I saw the braggadocio dripping from a post of the last dummie to lead exploration.
He’s so clueless that he thinks he actually looks good making the case that he’s been managing for two decades without a clue.
Sad.
When my friend attended this “training”, they said the mantra they were taught was “accelerate faster than your next disaster “. Avoid accountability, let the next guy clean up your mess (and take the blame).
BTW- there used to be 2 more of these training sessions for the next higher management levels. UNC was for the sycophantic executive wannabes.
