WTI has been in the 60's for 6 months and 45 for 4 months, I highly doubt it unless the cost cutting strategy continues.

The report will be for the fiscal Quarter ending Sep 2015. According to Zacks Investment Research, based on 9 analysts' forecasts, the consensus EPS forecast for the quarter is $-0.18. The reported EPS for the same quarter last year was $1.29.

They would have given people notice and time to find a new job. Or at least, management would not have warned supervisors against contacting or communicating with anyone whose been laid-off.
