What kind of bullshit was that midyear let me tell you how much Im needed. In other words if you couldn't give them as much bullshit as the deal out to you. You got a bad rating and first on the list to go. Down your job is not good enough . Got to be able to put down how well u perform cause they don't have enough since to see it. For the in crowd the benefits of working at ConocoPhillips are great. The high performance ratings are an indication the individual is part of the in crowd. The low performance ratings are of concern. Other companies use performance ratings as a method to increase performance. ConocoPhillips uses performance ratings as a method to clean house. No recovery from a low performance rating.
If COP has been so bad for so long, why have all of you stuck around? I would think you would be ashamed to be associated with the motherfuckers. Apparently you had no other options or you would have been gone on your own long ago.
