What kind of bullshit was that midyear let me tell you how much Im needed. In other words if you couldn't give them as much bullshit as the deal out to you. You got a bad rating and first on the list to go. Down your job is not good enough . Got to be able to put down how well u perform cause they don't have enough since to see it. So glad to be gone from the incompetent motherfuckers that run COPC.

For the in crowd the benefits of working at ConocoPhillips are great. The high performance ratings are an indication the individual is part of the in crowd. The low performance ratings are of concern. Other companies use performance ratings as a method to increase performance. ConocoPhillips uses performance ratings as a method to clean house. No recovery from a low performance rating.
