RBU SJ Asset in Farmington, NM office still whining!

Time to move accounting and land work from Farmington to RBU main office. All the Farmington office does is whine to us about morale and petty staff disagreements! Nobody is doing anything in Farmington and when they do it's wrong!

Offices

Honestly

I feel bad for all those who have been laid off and weren't ready for it , but hope that life now finds you well. For all the people who are still employed by COP and are on this site you really should soldier up and do your best otherwise leave and... — read more

"Poor" San Juan Bigot

Isn't it sad that ConocoPhillips would keep someone who is so racist, misognisic, homophobic, and xenophobic as the poor guy in San Juan? Walking around the hallways, it's impossible to get away from the ignorant rants he makes in the name of... — read more

Employee Count

Any idea what the employee count is now? It was over 18,000 when I started in August 2014.

Scheduling/Cost Savings

I'm certain a large portion of the staff would be willing to work a reduced work week (4 days/week) and take a 20% pay cut in lou of losing your job. At least the company is retaining workhorses (which they will eventually need when things bounce... — read more
