They say our "ambition" level is only 10. The rumor I heard today is everyone in EMC is up for the ROM process. It does not make any sense.

Selfish Question: How will the CIP be affected?

It's a selfish question given the current state of things. How is the CIP affected? Do they eliminate it for a year? Go forth as normal? Best case you would think corp modifier at a 1 given our incredible Safety performance this year.
