Grumpy cat. Grumpy cat
But you are grumpy. You better get right with a bud light!
For the record I am not old nor in Hr, but a person that understands we are in a cyclical industry. I assume most folks on here don't come from parents and grandparents that work in industry. If you wanted something steady you should have gone into medicine.
We could eliminate all nepotism by farming out orgs like HR, aviation (wtf is that for), general it, etc.
The ones pointing out unethical nepotism and a poor management are providing helpful advice that must be addressed. The ones saying "stand tall" and obey are protected and know they are safe in the current environment. In my opinion they are HR business partners embedded in BUs to keep the managers' positions secure and hide the nepotism and "You wash my backside and I'll was yours.
