GE likely will divest its interest through a series of share sales rather than a corporate buyout as only schlumberger or haliburton would buy the company and that will never happen after the last time.

It has been confirmed today that schlumberger have replaced BHGE on a muti million pound well intervention contract. Shell would not comment futher to why BHGE were removed at the early stage but did say that there was a serious breach of contract.

I am sick of the lies we get told by BHGE managers promisec no more redandcy no more cuts ECT but this morning I get the call and told will be finished in 3 weeks after 18 years service. Another 15% to go this month. The place is a joke.
