Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Sorry we spent your raise on the EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM maybe next Year!

For those of you that are still around and have not yet felt the ting of the HR AXE on your neck...be patient. We will get to you albeit with less payout and resources.

2019 will be our banner year...2 districts one on each hemisphere and 20 field engineers each.

Will routinely fly across the "spheres" to handle short handed jobs and with equipment that has not seen a pm in years (due to all the maint. techs being fired off)

Those of you that will be on the payroll will most certainly feel engaged. No pay raise though.
