Are raises given at the same time bonus’s are? I swear if they don’t give me a 10%+ raise I’m out

Where you are senior enough to get blamed for anything and everything, but not senior enough to have what you say and request be taken seriously without huge amounts of effort. It’s a wonderful spot to be in.
