Do they summon everyone in the same room and announce layoffs? Do you have a 1:1 with HR? How is it done?

Predict it here - what is the total number of people that will be laid off? What groups will be affected...

I heard call centers are over staffed from peak and they will be reduced first. Not enough calls to justify the staff levels plus the China crisis is hurting the suppliers. Initial layoffs will be 20%.
