Changes in compensation are incoming, and the rumor mill is churning. Not sure what the changes are, as nothing positive or negative has been released, but after being fined again any change cannot be good. Probably here of lay offs this week... — read more 

Tried applying with exact experience and qualifications but received an email that the position was closed. Then the next day the position opens again.

There has been recent rumblings that lay offs could happen in the near future at USAA. Not for certain which areas will be impacted, but the noise is too loud to ignore.
